How billing works

You pay for the users in your team
Each user is one seat. Add a user and they can start straight away. On a monthly plan you pay for the rest of that month; on a yearly plan you pay for the rest of that year, on the day you add them.
Your first two months are free
For up to 10 users, with no card needed. You add a card when you want an 11th user, or when the trial ends. If you choose yearly during your free trial, your year starts when the trial ends.
Switch to yearly whenever you like
You can move from monthly to yearly on the Payments page. The yearly plan starts when the month you have already paid for ends, so you never pay for the same time twice.
Going back to monthly
A yearly plan can move back to monthly. The change happens when the year you have paid for ends.
Cancel any time
You keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month or a year.
