Time tracking that does the chasing for you
Vuqira helps organisations record the hours their people work, validate them, approve them and turn them into invoices for clients, without the usual back and forth. At its centre is an AI Assistant that can fill in a timesheet, tell you who has not submitted yet, and answer questions about your own team's hours.
New to timesheets?
A timesheet is a record of the hours someone worked and what they worked on. Businesses use timesheets to pay people correctly, to charge clients for the time spent on their work, and to see where the week actually went.
The hard part is the admin around them. On paper or in spreadsheets, timesheets arrive late, have gaps, and need someone to go through every line. Managers end up sending reminders, fixing mistakes and typing the same hours into other systems. Vuqira is built to take that work away.
How Vuqira works
How timesheet validations work
A validation is a rule a timesheet has to meet before it is ready to approve. You set the hours you expect from each person, by the day, week, fortnight or month, and how far either side of that is acceptable. Vuqira runs the validations the moment a timesheet is submitted.
Timesheets that pass can be approved for you automatically if you switch that on, so your time goes on the few that need a decision.
What changes for your organisation
Most of the time spent on timesheets goes on chasing people, going through hours and retyping them. Those are the parts Vuqira takes on.
