The AI Assistant

An AI assistant that fills in, chases and approves timesheets

Most of the time spent on timesheets goes on filling them in, chasing the people who have not, and checking every line. In Vuqira you can ask the AI Assistant to do each of those, in plain English, and it does the work on the data you are allowed to see.

You: Fill in my week
Assistant: Done. 5 days drafted from how you usually work, with public holidays and your approved leave already taken out.38.0 h ready to submit

What you can ask it

These are real requests the assistant handles today, from an employee filling in their own week to an admin closing off the period.

"Fill in my week"

It drafts your days from how you usually work, with public holidays and your approved leave already taken out. You check it and submit.

"Submit my timesheets"

It submits your timesheets for the period, so the last step of the week is one sentence.

"Who hasn't submitted yet?"

It lists who is outstanding for the period and can send each of them a reminder in one go.

"Approve everything you can"

It approves the timesheets that match the hours those people were meant to work, and leaves the ones that do not for you, with the reason.

"How many hours did we bill Sydney Ports last month?"

It answers questions about your own team's hours from live data, without you building a report.

"Are there any unfilled shifts this week?"

With rostering switched on, it reads the roster too, including what this week's roster will cost.

It works inside your permissions

The assistant only sees what you are allowed to see. An employee asking about hours gets their own; an admin gets the organisation's. It never changes anything without telling you what it did.

It is a main way to use Vuqira, on every plan, rather than an extra on the side.

Included on every plan

The assistant is part of the $7 per user a month plan, with a monthly allowance for your whole team. There is no higher tier to unlock it. Organisations that use more than their allowance can buy a top-up from inside Vuqira.

Questions to the assistant, and the data needed to answer them, are processed by OpenAI in the United States, only when the assistant is used. The rest of your data is hosted in Australia.
