If you roster shifts rather than just record hours, Vuqira plans the week from your opening hours and shift shapes, puts the right people on it, and publishes it for them to accept. When a shift is finished its timesheet is already started, so the hours are only recorded once.

One flat price for the whole organisation
Rostering is an optional add-on at $10 a month for your organisation, or $96 a year, however many people you roster. It is not charged per person, and it is free for two months from the day you switch it on.
If you invoice clients for shifts, you set a charge rate per job, and finished, approved shifts go to Xero as draft invoices like any other hours.
